
Thursday Entertaining...
Guys, I tried this recipe and was so surprised at how good it turned out. It's simple, easy and with a side salad...awesome. Try it for dinner tonight!
Creamy Pesto Chicken & Pasta (Prep/Cook Time: 20 minutes)
3 cups uncooked pasta (I used bow tie but I'm sure fettuccine would be good too)
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 lb skinless, boneless, chicken breasts, cubed
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1/2 cup pesto
1/2 cup milk
1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain!
2. Meanwhile, heat butter in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned, stirring often.
3. Add soup, pesto sauce and milk. Bring to a boil. Cook over low heat 5 minutes or until done. Stir in drained pasta and heat through.
This recipe makes about 4 servings.
