Tuesday Inspiration

Guys, I was fussed at by my husband on why flowers are so important to women on the wedding day. Never mind we've been married for 7 years and I have yet to be appointed as spokeswoman for women by any act of congress; so why he felt I would have the answer of all answers is beyond me. But we did enter into a great discussion on what men might choose for centerpieces.

He made some good points. After all, flower centerpieces, in all their glory, do get tossed at the end of the night. So I ask him, what would he choose. His response, something with dip. LOL, spoken like a true man, right? His point, as I learned, was to make centerpieces functional; something that is still nice to look at and/or still compliments the color scheme (cakes, champagne buckets, fruit & cheese displays, etc).
